My Personal Journey

Hello, I’m Karolina, a 33 year old Japanese language learner who finally passed JLPT N3 in Winter 2024 after more than 15 years of ups and downs with the language. Throughout this long journey, I’ve faced moments when I lost my drive and struggled to find my “why.” I’ve been stuck chasing certificates and perfection, and in the process, I forgot why I started learning Japanese in the first place: for the pure joy of discovery and growth.

This blog is my personal testament to embracing every challenge and celebrating the small victories along the way. It’s a space where I share honest stories, practical tips, and everyday moments that remind me—and hopefully you—that learning Japanese is not about the end goal.
